JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Design and define system architecture, technical solutions, and technology roadmap for Fintech/Lending projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Review and evaluate existing systems, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend architecture enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including solution design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and Development Teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Define architecture standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for development teams.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges related to performance, scalability, integration, security, and system reliability.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design documents.
- Mentor and support technical team members in architecture and solution design activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software development.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar architecture-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of Software Architecture, Design Patterns, and System Design principles.
- Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture and Distributed Systems.
- Experience with API Design, System Integration, and Database Design.
- Good understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend effective technical solutions.
Domain Knowledge
- Experience in Fintech, Lending, Banking, Financial Services, or related domains is highly preferred.
- Understanding of financial systems, transaction processing, security, and integration requirements is an advantage.
Communication & Leadership
- Experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international customers.
- Experience in loan management systems, digital lending, payment systems, or other financial platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native applications and modern software architecture practices.
